What we collect through this website, why, and how to reach us about it.
T-City Developments collects only the information you choose to send us, such as your name, contact details and property address, and uses it to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell personal information.
What information do we collect?
When you fill in a form on this site we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, property address and city, and any details you add about your lot or project. The page you sent the form from is recorded too, so we know which information you were reading.
When you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
How do we use it?
To reply to your enquiry, assess your property, prepare estimates and feasibility studies, and keep in touch about a project you have asked us about. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who else handles it?
Form submissions are delivered to our email through Formspree, a form-processing service. The website is hosted by Hostinger. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics receives information about how the site is used, such as the pages visited, the approximate location and the device type. It does not receive the content of the forms. These providers may store data outside Canada.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and the site will still work normally.
How long do we keep it, and how can I access it?
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for as long as the law and our warranty obligations require. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@tcitydevelopments.com.
