What do you build?
Multi-unit residential is the core of the work: duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and multiplexes, and townhomes. Alongside that we build laneway homes and ADUs, custom homes, renovations and additions, and small commercial and mixed-use developments.
Provincial small-scale multi-unit housing rules have changed what most Greater Vancouver lots permit, and a large share of our work now begins with an owner finding out their land supports considerably more than they assumed.
Where do you work?
Across Greater Vancouver, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey and surrounding areas. Each municipality applies the provincial framework through its own bylaws, and dealing with those differences is part of the permit work we handle as your representative.
