Our work is concentrated in multi-unit residential across Greater Vancouver: duplexes, multiplexes and townhomes, along with laneway homes, ADUs and custom builds. Every project runs on one contract with daily photo and video updates through a private client portal.
What happens between an empty lot and a finished home?
Six stages, and they are the same on every project: site preparation and excavation, foundation, framing, building envelope, finishing, and move-in. The build sequence on our homepage runs through all six on a real T-City duplex, from vacant lot to completed building.
Seeing it laid out matters more than it sounds. Most owners have never watched a building go up and have no reference for what should be happening when — which is exactly why daily updates and the client portal exist.

Can I visit a project in progress?
Site visits can usually be arranged at appropriate stages. Day to day, the client portal and daily photo and video updates are how owners follow their build.
Can I speak to previous clients?

How long does a typical project take?
Permitting usually takes longer than construction, and it varies by municipality and project type. We set the construction schedule and a target move-in date before we break ground.
